Office Accountant (Part Time)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Office Accountant to maintain and oversee our financial operations. Job duties include bookkeeping, creating and analyzing financial reports, ensuring compliance, processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciliation of banking and credit card accounts, correspondence with clients and vendors when needed, and managing payroll, benefits, client invoices, and sales tax payments. Ideal candidate has at least 5 years bookkeeping experience, holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration and is fluent in Quickbooks Online (including Quickbooks integration with third party software), Google Sheets, and MS Excel. Experience in the design field and design-specific software is welcome but not required. Candidate must be detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, an excellent communicator, and a team-player. Candidate must be able to commute to Bloomington, Indiana. Salary commensurate with experience.
