No Walls Moved. Everything Changed.

Before: This 2012 condo had good bones, the right rooms, and a layout that made sense. What it didn’t have was a lick of personality. Builder-basic finishes, a laundry-slash-mud room that felt like an afterthought, and an office and TV room that were generic rooms waiting to be someone’s. Our client arrived at this new chapter with a life well-lived, but a clear sense that this house didn’t know her yet.

After: We didn’t move a single wall. We gutted the kitchen and guest bath, reworked the laundry and ensuite bath and closet, and built out the office and TV room into a jaw-dropping and completely bespoke sewing room and everybody’s favorite, the Snug. Then we layered in color, pattern and texture. The arch of the front door curves through the entire home, and every finish is in conversation with the next. Now this forever home has a point of view, and it’s hers, down to the last detail.
