A-frame Lakehouse
Life at the Lake
Before: This little lakeside A-frame had charm, but also the energy of a place you love more in theory than in reality. Dark kitchen. Segmented layout. Nowhere obvious and welcoming to pile in after a swim or curl up with a book and a dog (or three).
After: We honored the quirky A-frame shell, but opened it up—literally and emotionally. A window to the lake, a kitchen that works for a crowd, and a reading nook with enough room to stretch out and nap with the dogs. Natural light, cozy neutral finishes, and furniture that takes lake life seriously (without taking itself too seriously).
