Before: This historic home in the Maple Grove district had serious soul—but function? Not so much. The kitchen lacked storage (hello, oven-as-pantry), the laundry room moonlighted as a mudroom and powder room, and the main floor layout couldn’t quite stretch to match the family’s vision.
